Overall, it was a terrible experience. I was attracted to these watches because of their excellent photography and web marketing. I decided to order two watches to give away at Christmas. The delivery wasn't the fastest I've seen, but since I had plenty of time before Christmas Eve, it didn't bother me. However, upon receiving the package, the nightmare began. First of all, the watch case is made of pure cardboard, really below any standard. It does not include any document, manual or anything else, but it does include a QR code to download the manual. A terrible presentation for watches that are supposed to be design-oriented. In addition, the look and, especially, the feel of the watches are really bad. Any Chinese model feels better than these watches. Metals are very heavy and uncomfortable to wear due to the very rough edges on all sides, especially where the bracelet is attached to the watch, whose fastening system is terribly ugly and uncomfortable. While the overall quality of the first watch I opened (Huxley II) was really bad, my biggest surprise came when I opened the second one, as they sent me the wrong model. After searching for a phone number or a contact email on their website for a long time without luck, I ended up on another website where they have a contact form. I submitted a request using their form, which took 4 days to respond to, and their response to my complaint about having received the wrong watch was that the package had been delivered. I insisted on a new email again with the problem of the wrong model, and this second time, they proposed to return the watch (offering free slow shipping) and, once received, they told me that they would send me the correct one, which would make it impossible for me to receive it in time for Christmas Eve. So I chose to throw them away, because they're not good enough to be used as a decent gift, and I bought two more watches from a more serious company that offers much better quality, with much better packaging and 24-hour delivery, for half the price. The quality of these watches is rubbish, their service is terrible, they are too expensive for their quality and they don't know anything about customer service.
